[imapproxy] Error reporting on config file error(s)

Hi,

The problem with the error reporting when an error is detected in the 
configfile, is that I use debug() to give more information about the error.
Since debug now logs to syslog, and only if debugging is enabled,
you only see : "main(): Error reading configfile!" on stderr when there 
is an error.

I'll fix it in cvs.
