[imapproxy] Compiling imapproxy on FreeBSD?

Has anyone been able to get imapproxy to compile on a FreeBSD machine?
I tried today from CVS HEAD and got a bunch of errors (log below). I'm
not much of a C programmer, so I didn't want to strain my brain until I
knew no one else had it working. Thoughts? Ideas? Successes? Failures?
Bread recipes? :)
