[imapproxy] bind address?

Maybe:

* you are running multiple copies of imapproxy?
* you have configured imapproxy to a port used by some other application?

You might be able to check for the second possibility by using something
like "netscape -a" or "lsof -i" or "rpcinfo -p" even.
