[imapproxy] ipmapproxy and redhat 7.3 working

Would not run as root or any user with a bad shell, duh!
I created a user "iproxy" and am running it under that user.
Seems to be working, but with no noticeable speed increase, in test
environment.
Running on same systems as production environment, do I need a minimal load
before seeing some sort of performance increase? Debugging is on so that may
be an issue too.
