[imapproxy] imapproxy hangs sometimes

Hello,
I had for the first time a problem with imapproxy (v1.0). It is working
with a very active imp-server (3000 students).
The situation:

IMP on one server (say server A)
IMAPPROXY + cyrus-imap + pam_smb on another server (say server B)

Today the imapproxy didn't response anymore (connection refused). When I
looked with ps, it was still running. When I restarted it, the problem
was solved.

When I look in de logfile (see below), I see that there are two!!
reactivating records nr 7 (last 2 lines). After these 2 lines, there
wasn't anything anymore (till the restart). Could there be a race
condition? Yesterday I replaced server A, with a very fast one, so the
connections to imapproxy (on server B) come at a greater speed.
