Call to undefined function: page_open()

Hello friends,

I am trying to install Horde/IMP on a machine running FreeBSD 4.1
with the following:

- Apache 1.3.12
- php 4.0.2
- UW-IMAP-4.7c
- OpenLdap 1.2.11
- MySql 3.32.22
- PHP is compiled with support to ldap, imap, mysql

when I click on IMP from http://<myserver>/horde, I get the following:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: page_open() in 
/usr/local/share/doc/apache/horde/imp/mailbox.php3 on line 104

when I go to IMP from http://<myserver>/horde/imp , I get the following:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: page_open() in 
/usr/local/share/doc/apache/horde/imp/index.php3 on line 15

>From http://<myserver>/horde/test.php3 , everything is green "Yes"
but PHPLIB page_open()... NO

What seems to be the problem?
