[imp] compose message can't send mail

I wasn't kidding when I said it isn't showing up in the logs. :)
I turned on syslog in php. Told imp to log stats... 

Here is my web log. Nothing is in the error log. I click compose:

Then I click send message and nothing happens in the log. Maybe it's time
to try php4... Another late night. :)

I did get a dump of what happens though. Below is the request and the web
server replies immediately with a fin,ack. :(
