I Can't make Attachments

I'am from Mexico, hallo from here.

When I Browse for attach a file in a message, and press OK, mi Browser
message window is clean in the Body and don't see the attach, the name
of
file don't appear in the window, What's the problem!!!, I see the
uploads
variables in the php.ini and thats no the problem, The PHP, PHPLIB an
POstgres don't regist messages and don't send warnings, AnyBody know
something?.
