[imp] Compose button problem

It is very easy to reproduce (for me).

1) use Netscape (4.7 under windows)
2) login with IMP
3) resize
4) in the left frame click on the following icons
     - INBOX: OK
     - Compose: nothing happens
     - Contacts: nothing happens
     - Folders: OK
     - Preferences: OK
     - Change password: OK
     - Problem: OK
     - Logout: OK
5) logout & login --> everything works fine (if you don't resize).
