Already the same problem ...  :

/home/httpd/html/bin/apachectl start
Syntax error on line 207 of /home/httpd/html/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /home/httpd/html/libexec/libphp4.so into server:
/home/httpd/html/libexec/libphp4.so: undefined symbol: ldap_value_free
/home/httpd/html/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

I did what you say, but ...
