Minor Error Line in CVS version

I am testing Horde/IMP (latest) CVS version and it looks great :o)
Everything works great; however, at the bottom of each page, I see the 
following lines:

Warning: Failed opening '../turba/lib/js/open_search_win.js' for 
inclusion (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:.') in 
../lib/package.Registry.php on line 235

I spent few hours triggering the error with no success. Can someone 
please give me a hint where to fix it?

As I said, everything is working fine ...
