[imp] wont send mail

yeah.. php3.0.17-1 and mysql-3.23.25-4 in debian... latest ATM.
the error is just like a normal unloaded page.. and when i click the "SEND"
in compose.. it seems like not doing anything... or sometimes the normal
unloaded page.. that's all
