Yes.  Of course it's important with "rpm -U" for any package, to go
looking for any .rpmorig files that may have been created, and merge your
old configuration into the new files.  I usually use something like:

	find /etc/httpd /home/httpd -name \*.rpm\* -print

Sometimes there won't be any, and then you're set.
