[imp] window resizing

I  have the same exact problem here: IMP 2.2.4-cvs, PHP 3.0.16, Apache
1.3.12,  Linux 2.2.16 talking to a Solaris 2.7 uSPARC box with qpopper
3.1.

Client is a Linux 2.2.16 box running Netscape 4.75.

It does not happen for all windows. For instance,  I  can  resize  the
compose window at will without any problem. But if I resize the  INBOX
list window, I get the two small frames redrawn, there is a 3-4 second
delay and the login window appears back in the main frame.

I have to track this down further, as well as numerous complaints from
IE  users  getting  thrown  back  to the login window when they try to
download attachments (even in non-SSL mode).

I'll provide any useful information I can find. I really would like to
help fixing this. It's a pain for our users.
