	Wow, that's an old version of Apache--I'd think they'd want to update
that to take advantage of the many fixes since then.  In any case, as
Chuck mentioned, the presence or absence of MySQL has nothing to do with
being able to access the e-mail, as the messages are stored by the mail
server.  The two big giveaways that MySQL is (or isn't) working are user
prefs and contacts.  I suspect that, with the "working" installation,
these features aren't working.
