[imp] Secure Compose "Navigation Cancelled" when I answer NO to the popup 'Secure and nonsecure items' window

Some information follows. I am not able to provide a concise explanation for
why this is occuring.

Here is the access_log information from the "secure and un-secure" transfer.

Also, there is only one other "secure and un-secure" items transfer, and it
is for Contacts (we are using ldap). It may be a noteworthy coincidence that
these are the only two pop-up windows that 2.2.2 uses.

Lmk if there is other information that might be usesful to trouble shooting.
