(Sorry for the delay, but I'm just now back from vacation  --

I've created a pretty shotty version of this.  I'm willing
to share it with anyone who wants it.  It works, and is in
use here, but is not yet the best coding in the world.
  
It uses ftp to create/delete the files needed.  So you will
need ftp enabled on the machine(s).
