[imp] Problems to use IMP

This is what I was referring to earlier.  Try doing this in 
/usr/local/phplib/prepend.php3


if (!is_array($_PHPLIB)) {
  $_PHPLIB["libdir"] = "/usr/local/phplib/";
}
