If your Maildir is /home/avsm/Maildir, and you create a folder
called Test, a new Maildir is created within the 'main' one.

So you'll have:

/home/avsm/Maildir
/home/avsm/Maildir/[cur|new|tmp]
/home/avsm/Maildir/.Test
/home/avsm/Maildir/.Test/[cur|new|tmp]
