cannot add header information

Hello, i tried to test imp 2.2.3 using horde 1.2.3 and php4.0.2 on mandrake 7.1.
When i launch the imp page, and try to change the default language in french for example, an error occurs:

Warning : undefined variable sid in /usr/local/apache/php/session.inc on line 393.
Warning : Cannot add header information - header already sent by (output started at /usr/local/apache/php/session.inc:393) in /usr/local/apache/php/session.inc on line 117.
Warning : Cannot add header information - header already sent by (output started at /usr/local/apache/php/session.inc:393) in /usr/local/apache/php/session.inc on line 401.

What can i do to solve the problem?
