Hmm.. dunno if there really is one yet.

Highlights of 2.3 include much cleaner code, no frames (this gets rid of a _lot_
of imap connections), a search feature, a much nicer spell checker, use of php4
sessions (no phplib), an option to compress generated html to save bandwidth, a
hierarchical folder tree, a much more extensive and flexible user preferences
system...
