Connection Refuse

Hi

Any idea of when using web mail (IMP/MailMan) over 10 connections within the
short period of time. The program refuse connection. The symptom is after
typing correct username and password, the system said login failure.

I suspect the TCP Wrapper refuse any password validation if more than 10
connections at the same time.

IMP - IMAP method
MailMan - POP3 method

I have checked the mysql and sendmail configuration but no help.
Hope anybody can help me for this matter. It annoys so much.
