[imp] Connection Refuse

There is a limitation at 40 connection per minute by
default in imapd.

For configure it : /etc/inetd.conf
exemple:
imap    stream  tcp     nowait.2000  root   
/usr/sbin/tcpd     imapd

the configuration file are as follows:

              service name
              socket type
              protocol
              wait/nowait[.max]
              user[.group]
              server program
              server program arguments

max is the maximum number of server instances that may
be spawned from inetdwithin an interval of
60 seconds. When omitted, ``max'' defaults to 40.
