[imp] IMp and konqueror

It has the fomal capabilities but still there is something wrong.
I found from searching the net that konqueror is closer to
IE than to Netscape in the features but most setups concludes
that if you don't have IE you must have Netscape and then there
will be trouble. Hope IMP doesn't do that...
