Imp Problem

Hello,

i'm using horde_1.2.3 and imp_2.2.3 with mysql,php4 and imap-uw.
i have do some tests with the site demo of horde, all services POP,IMAP run .

when i insert user and password in my webmail, return at the page of login. 
is a configurations problem ???
what can i do !!!
