[imp] Make 'Hide Deleted' default when logging in?

Depends on the version you're using; I'll assume 2.2, in which case all you need
is $default->hide_deleted = false; in imp/config/defaults.php3 (read through
imp/config/defaults.php3.dist for explanations of all of the options).
