[imp] Many IMP Parse Errors

Thank you for your reply.

Actually, it is 2.0.10, as this is an install that was moved over from
another site.  However, the phplib contents weren't provided by the prior
site owner, so I installed the stuff from 2.2.3.  PHP version is 4.0.3, pl
1.

I am guessing there are site customizations in the old site's phplib include
files that I am missing and that this probably accounts for the syntax
errors.  Or, if you have other suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.
