[imp] Intenet Explorer 5.XX (IE5) + SSL

I sorry ... Now I understood ... I put all in my httd.conf file and works very 
fine !!!

locale/<language>/openwin.lang. Make a locale/local/openwin.lang file if you 
want it to be across all languages.
