[imp] Empty message sent

If I hard code the $message in compose.php at line# 1 I get sent the 
hard coded value just fine.Where is that variable being set to begin 
with?
I see it as the <textarea> code in the source from the actual Compose 
window, it seems as if the FORM submission is not setting it.
