Send on behalf of??

Hey All,
  Just getting back on the list and have a question. We are using MS Exchange 
as a backend and also have a Notes box. IMP is hooked up to read directly from 
Exchange (LDAP works like a champ BTW). When a notes user sends email to an 
Exchange user the mail is actually sent on behalf of another user. Is there 
anyway to be able to reply to both users?? Below is the message source: (Please 
note the difference between the "From:" line and the "Sender:"
