There is no difference between applying any other patch. Instructions on how to 
use the patch command have been posted to the list several times in the past, I 
believe.

Note: I really prefer it if people ask their questions on the list. There are 
plenty of other people capable of answering questions these days, and having 
the questions - and thus the answers - in the archives is important.

I have IMP 2.3 running under PHP 4.0.4-dev (from php4win.de; latest + fix), on 
IIS5/Win2k Pro. I'm afraid I can't help you with cgi setups, but if that 
matches your environment, I might be able to help. Also, simply posting your 
actual question to the list might be a good idea.
