[imp] IIS

PHPLib is only needed for versions prior to PHP 4.  There's no need for
PHPLib if you're running PHP4, only for PHP3.

written, that you need HORDE to run IMP and HORDE need PHPLib for sessions
???? I just don't now what to do. I do all that was written in documentation

I haven't used phplib under windows; I don't know of anything that would be
different from the unix config for it, though.

That's why I said that I was using IMP 2.3, which uses Horde 1.3, both of which 
use php4 sessions.

That is incorrect. You need phplib for IMP 2.2; you do not need it for IMP 2.3. 
Even if you run IMP 2.2 with php4, you will still need phplib.
