OK from horde.org i get only *.php3 files where to get files fo PHP4 ????

PHPLib is only needed for versions prior to PHP 4.  There's no need for
PHPLib if you're running PHP4, only for PHP3.

Without PHPLib ??? And what are you using instead it?? In documentation is
written, that you need HORDE to run IMP and HORDE need PHPLib for sessions
???? I just don't now what to do. I do all that was written in documentation
and it doesn't work.

I haven't used phplib under windows; I don't know of anything that would be
different from the unix config for it, though.

That revision number doesn't make any sense to me, and the limit you talk about 
is not present in any version of IMP that I recall releasing. Are you sure 
you're not using a custom modified version?
