[imp] semicolon and comma delim issue

Hi Mike,

About this semicolon Incident. I just put a note in the new message window 
saying "Please donīt use semicolon for multiple addresses"
Probably this is not the correct way to say it, coz my mother lang is 
spanish.
And I know that this is not a solution, but at least ya warn them.
