FW: IMP 2.2.3

I am running IMP 2.2.3 and everything seems to work just fine except when I
try
to attach an file into my web email I get the error message of:

Warning: Unable to open '/tmp/phpX38873' for reading: No such file or
directory in /usr/home/webmaster/arosnet/members/horde2/imp/compose.php3 on
line 910

I couldn't see anything in your FAQ about this. I'm running PHP4.0.3pl1
with Apache 1.3.14 if that matters?

Any ideas? Please respond directly back to me.
