IMP logs me out on every action

Hi,

I installed imp 2.2.3 and took care of all installation steps (an older
version 2.0 in already running).
All tests work properly except the session management of PHPLIB. The
counters never increment on reload. Logging in works fine but clicking
on any link logs me out immediately.
I know that the same problem was reported in the beginning of november.
The solution found there does not work for me as I cannot find the files
mentioned there.
