Can't attach files.

Dear members,
   I used Horde-1.2.3 and Imp-2.2.3 on FreeBSD-4.1.1.
I can't attach file.
   When I click button "Attach", it has error messages below ...

Warning: Unable to open '/tmp/phpbBv195' for reading: No such file or
directory in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/compose.php3 on line 910

   Please let me know how to solve this problem ?
