Call to undefined function: page_open()

Hello..

Im having some problems using the remote_login.php3...

It works fine in imp directorie.. BUT, I want put it in the principal page of 
my site...

My directories are:

/httpd/horde
/httpd/horde/imp
/httpd/pages/www

When the remote_login.php3 is in /httpd/horde/imp it works fine.. But i need it 
working in /httpd/pages/www
And, when i try to use it there, it gives me the phrase below:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: page_open() 
in /httpd/pages/www/r_login.php3 on line 26

The line 26 is: page_open(array(\'sess\' => \'HordeSession\'));

The strange is that I change the lives below:

require \'../../horde/lib/horde.lib\';
require \'../../horde/imp/lib/imp.lib\';
require \'../../horde/imp/config/defaults.php3\';
require \'../../horde/imp/config/mailbox.php3\';
require \'../../horde/config/horde.php3\';
require \'../../horde/imp/config/html.php3\';

I think that is occuring an error with phplib.. but i dont know how to resolv 
it...

Please.. Try to help me..
