place to store contacts?

Hello,

I tried looking for this on the website, but couldn't find any answers.  I
can't connect to the mailing list archives either.  I am using the latest
IMP/TURBA/HORDE from CVS.  Is there a way to save contacts in an address
book?  The contact window only displays a search facility.  Is this a
missing feature or did I configure something wrong?
