X-Originating-IP

Folks,

running IMP 2.2.3, horde 1.2.3 - everything is working fine except 
that having added 'X-Originating-IP: %REMOTE_ADDR%' as the last line 
of the header.txt file, IMP does not add the header to outgoing 
messages. Any ideas as to why this isn't working?
