e-mail address preferences from database

  Hi,
     our e-mail users are stored in mysql database in table:
     alias
     |login_name|email_address |
     |test      |test@domain.sk|

     I would like to change the imp to get the email address
     automatically from this table when user log on to webmail. There
     are too many files in imp source so I need a little help with it. Could
     someone tell me what (files, variables) I have to change (or use) in imp
     source to do it?
