2.2 vs. 2.3

I've started by trying out Version 2.2 but keep hearing/reading about =
features in 2.3 that kick ass. What's the general opinion about using =
2.3 in a production environment?

When I tried out the demo at the horde.org site, it was incredibly slow =
compared to 2.2.

Just looking for opinions.
