Apache Virtual Hosting and IMP (fwd)

I am attempting to setup IMP on a virtual domain hosting. I started by
specifying a virtual domain in apache that points to
%DOCROOT/horde/imp for the doc root. Problem is IMP now looks for files
in %DOCROOT/horde/imp/horde/imp

I dont want the horde or imp dirs to show up in the usl so when the url
http://webmail.foo.bar/ is used the imp login comes up..

I am probably missing something obvious, so could someone be kind enough
to flame me with the solution ? :)
