Bison and Flex are GNU programs that you can find in source format on
ftp.gnu.org, but there are pre-compiled binaries on
http://www.sunfreeware.com
However, they are NOT necessary to run IMP! Neither are they to build
Perl, MySQL, Apache, UW-IMAP or PHP.
Still, some of the versions you list are VERY old:

At least try to start with newer versions of Horde, IMP and UW-IMAP.
IMP 2.2.4 is to be released anytime soon. It should be much
more stable than 2.2.1.
UW-IMAP 4.5 has some severe security issues I'm afraid.
Go to 4.7c at least.
I'm still not a big fan of PHP 4 but upgrading might become necessary at
some point. Still, PHP 3.0.18 should be OK for IMP 2.2.x.
Hem... Solaris 2.6 isn't that up-to-date either :-)
