Please see the list archives.
The short version, from what I can see, is that there's no way to
implement PGP in a webmail application in such a way that the
signature/encryption could be considered reliable at all, at which
point it's not worth using.
(Note that the same holds true in a slightly weaker form for using PGP
on *any* system over which you don't have complete control and of
whose state you are aware.)

FYI: I just clarified a bit more on the list. Check to make sure that the
resuts of IMP::getPlainAddress() contain just your bare address and that it
appears in the To: header of those messages? Are you using a "from hook" ?
Also, what version are you running -- the 2.3.6 tarball or latest cvs?
Also please keep replies on the list...other people may be having the same
problem and are in need of ideas. (Plus you'll be helping me keep my mail
filtered correctly) :-) Thank you.
