[imp] hoe to kill an IMP connection

I would think sending a killall -TERM imapd and a killall -HUP inetd would be
a brutal but effective way, though I've not tried this. You will note that
Outlook is one of the few IMAP clients that has this problem. Netscape and
others happily swipe the connection when they need it.
