sending mail revisited

Hi again--

I've got everything up and running, but when I try to send an e-mail I get
that same error others have been reporting--

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: send() in
/var/www/horde/imp/compose.php on line 704


Running: RedHat 7, Apache 1.3.14-3, imap-2000-3, Horde: 1.3.4-cvs, IMP:
2.3.7-cvs

Before you chastise me for not going to the archives and FAQ, Anil -- I have
(I understand the frustration, though ;)).  Here's what I've tried so far:

I've already installed the latest release of PHP (PHP-4.0.4pl1-5) via RPM
(per David Golden 2/5/01), I've made sure I had the latest PEAR update (per
Chuck 12/19/00), and I made sure to add the correct path to sendmail in
imp/config/conf.php (a la Craig Zimmerman 12/18/00).

Anyone know the possible culprit?
