[imp] Benchmarking / Machine requirements

Our userbase is approx. 20K.
We run IMP on a 4-CPU 2 Gig Solaris 2.6 Sun 450.
The mail server is a 6-CPU 8 Gig Solaris 2.6 Sun 3500.

I can tell you that running IMP on a 1-CPU 128 MB Linux 6.2 IBM Netfinity
was insufficient, even for our pilot program.

But, I still receive complaints about slowness of response. Which I presume
is the fault of my misconfiguration of IMP/Apache.  I am also considering a
switch to Postgresql. This is another suggestion that has been kicked around
on the list.
