UW-Imap is ineffective when you do ONE connection to do ONE thing. Perhaps
one day, imp will use persistent connection (using ONE connection from login
to logout) and UW-imap will be a bit more useful. But that's not trivial to
implement.

A major problem with UW is that it read all the mailbox in memory at
startup so you must have a lot of memory on the imap serveur.
