Win32 and imp2.3.7-cvs

Hey All,
  I'm a little puzzled by this. Whenever I login my mail server via imp on NT I 
get tons on initial error msgs followed by what appears to be data.(See below 
for some). If I wait for the page to load and then click refresh it brings me 
to my INBOX. I can't figure out why this is happening. Here's the setup:
NT 4.0 sp6
IIS 4.0.4pl1
PEAR cvs (5days ago)
php4.0.4pl1
Zend
phpinfo can be found at http://24.10.39.79/test.php (if that helps).
